Renter or buyer is completely accountable for verifying any
published information. Property owner or agent is completely
responsible for qualifying all renters.

held liable for projected service costs that are beyond those

Notice to Advertisers
Cancellation policy: Advertisement
creation, photo additions, search engine submission, and other
such work involved in Internet, property promotion usually takes
place within the first three or four weeks. There is a $25
cancellation fee if a listing is canceled prior to it's
expiration date.
Off Market Listings
The customer can cancel a listing at any
time and ePropertiesFollyBeach.com cannot extend a renewal date for cancelled
listings. However, listings can be reactivated at any time.
Sold Property
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com allows sold properties to be
transferred to the new owner, free of charge. Refunds are not
given for listings that are not transferred.
Spam Policy
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com does not and will not participate or
tolerate Unsolicited Commercial Email (SPAM). Furthermore,
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com reserves the right to cancel any member that
mentions ePropertiesFollyBeach.com or any of its associated websites, URLs, or
any associated ePropertiesFollyBeach.com email address in any Unsolicited
Commercial Email message or Usenet posting.
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com will
solely determine such an email. Moreover,
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com does not
refund any member upon cancellation.
Rental Inquiries
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com intends to minimize and reduce
Unsolicited Commercial Email that is delivered via the Rental
Information and Availability Inquiry/Request form.
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com,
including staff members, filter and monitor all inquiries prior
to customer delivery. Although ePropertiesFollyBeach.com filters all
inquiries, a small percent of Unsolicited Commercial Email will
be delivered to the customer. Additionally, a small percent of
emails not falling into the Unsolicited Commercial Email
category may not be delivered. ePropertiesFollyBeach.com employs Internet
email to deliver all rental inquiries. Therefore, these
inquiries are not considered private. This mode of delivery is
not completely reliable and ePropertiesFollyBeach.com is not responsible for
lost inquiries or resulting, missed income.

for the sole purpose of rental inquiries.
Membership Policies
ePropertiesFollyBeach.com, at its own discretion, reserves
the right to deny or edit any submitted ad. Submitted material

becomes the property of ePropertiesFollyBeach.com and its affiliated site.

Refund Policies, Trip Cancellation, and Trip Interruption
Vacation properties are usually booked months in advance and the
property is then reserved for the customer during travel dates.
Of course, reserved property cannot be rented to anyone else.
Similar to other travel packages including tours, cruises, and
airline tickets, you must make a full or partial payment upon
reservation to confirm the property. Obviously, the customer
must be aware that they will forfeit a portion or all of the
rental fees if they cancel the trip. As travel time gets closer,
the amount forfeited by the customer grows larger. In an effort
to protect against losses, the customer should be aware of the
property's cancellation policy before agreeing to anything.
Furthermore, added protection comes with Trip Cancellation
Insurance and the customer should consider this as a smart
option.
If the customer must cancel a vacation rental, is there an
available refund? A refund may be available, depending on the
rental policy and how much notice is given. Of course, the more
notice given is in direct relation to how much money can be
refunded. A partial or full refund is largely dependent on
whether or not the property can be re-rented. Transferring a
vacation to a different travel date is a possibility with some
rental properties. It is strongly recommended that the customer
is knowledgeable of the cancellation/refund policy before
renting. Furthermore, the customer should acquire a hard copy of
the policy upon reservation. Although not highly publicized,
Trip Cancellation Insurance is offered by websites such as www.AllTripInsurance.com
and www.InsureMyTrip.com.
Covered Reasons for Trip Cancellation & Interruption
The most important trip insurance is Trip Cancellation and
Interruption protection. Illness, death, weather, accident, and
natural disasters are a few of the many variables that lead to
trip cancellation and interruption. Trip Cancellation and
Interruption protection protects the customer against these
forms of unpredictable situations in the reimbursement of
normally non-refundable, vacation payments. Additional travel
expenses, such as an extra airline ticket or hotel room due to a
missed departure, may also be covered if the policy covers the
reason. Trip interruption due to illness is another reason also
